1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Synth Software Solution, LLC ("Synth Software," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using GetDailyReports at www.getdailyreports.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The GetDailyReports service

GetDailyReports provides personalized informational reports by email and, for eligible paid plans, text or RCS message. Depending on your selections, reports may contain weather forecasts, news summaries, sports results, stock-market information, horoscopes, and related links. You control the topics, delivery channels, location, and scheduled delivery time available in your account.

Reports are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not professional, financial, investment, medical, legal, emergency, or safety advice. Do not rely on GetDailyReports as your only source for severe-weather warnings, emergencies, financial decisions, or other time-sensitive matters.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
• You agree to provide accurate contact, location, preference, and billing information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not use another person's email address or phone number without their authorization.

4. Text and RCS messaging program

The GetDailyReports messaging program sends personalized daily reports based on the topics and delivery time you select. Messages may include weather, news, sports, stock, and horoscope updates, as well as verification, account, delivery, and customer-care messages related to the service.

• Consent is optional. Consent to receive recurring messages is not a condition of purchasing or using the email service. You must affirmatively opt in before recurring reports are sent to your phone.
• Message frequency varies, typically one scheduled report per day. A report may be delivered in more than one message because of carrier size limits. Additional messages may be sent when you request verification or support or when an account or delivery event requires notice.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's terms and charges apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel. You may also disable messaging in your account settings or email help@getdailyreports.com.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact help@getdailyreports.com.
• Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
• If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please update or remove it in your account settings.

After a valid STOP request, no further recurring messages will be sent unless you later opt in again or reply START where supported. Service availability, RCS features, and SMS fallback depend on the recipient's device, carrier, country, and network.

5. Email communications

If you enable email reports, we may send your selected reports and service-related account notices to your email address. You can change report delivery settings in your account. Transactional notices necessary to administer your account may still be sent where permitted by law.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Current plan prices and billing periods are displayed before you complete checkout.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• You may cancel through your account or by contacting help@getdailyreports.com.
• Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access generally continues through the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated during checkout.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store complete payment-card details.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse GetDailyReports, including by:

• violating applicable law, another person's rights, or messaging and carrier rules;
• attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the service, or introducing malicious code;
• scraping, reselling, or commercially redistributing reports without written authorization;
• using the service to harass others or enrolling phone numbers without the subscriber's consent; or
• misrepresenting your identity or using the service for fraud.

8. Third-party content and services

Reports may contain information or links supplied by third parties. Third-party content can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

9. Intellectual property

GetDailyReports, its branding, software, design, and original content are owned by Synth Software Solution, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Availability and disclaimers

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, compatibility with every device or carrier, or the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of report content. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synth Software Solution, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law or carrier requirements, address fraud or abuse, or enforce these Terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
