5. When we disclose information

We may disclose limited information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: cloud hosting, communications, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, customer support, security, and content providers that process information for us under appropriate obligations.

We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the service working, remember preferences, understand usage, measure performance, prevent fraud, and measure advertising effectiveness. Browser controls can limit some technologies, but doing so may affect functionality.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain required business and tax records, honor opt-outs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. We may retain a minimal suppression record after an opt-out so that we do not send unwanted messages again.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
